Documents required


Following documents are essentially required from the Employers as per rules of the Government of India:
  • Demand Letter (on company letterhead)
  • Power of Attorney(on company letterhead)
  • Draft Employment Contract
  • Agreement between Employer and RIC
  • Authority Letter


'Demand Letter' and 'Power of Attorney' documents MUST be authenticated by the Commerce / Labour Ministry of the concerned country and the INDIAN EMBASSY.

Commencement of business

  • First and foremost, 'Agreement document' is signed by RIC with the Employer endorsing terms and conditions.

  • Essential documents as 'Demand Letter', Power of Attorney' and 'Draft contract between the Principal Employer and the Employee' are received by RIC to seek sanction from govt of India.

  • Candidates are selected through a comprehensive procedure that includes advertising, preliminary screening, preliminary interviews and shortlisting by the panel of experts on respective fields at RIC and then final interview conducted by the Employing Company on telephone / video conferencing or by physical interview.

  • Where required, selection is done by Raj International Consultants on behalf of the Employer when authorised by them.

Information from the Employer

Following mandatory information are required from the employer for offering to the candidates for their consideration.
  • Salary based on 8 hours a day & 5/6 days a week fulfilling the labor laws of respective countries.

  • Facilities / allowances provided by them as, free food, accommodation, medical cover, overtime, annual vacations, air ticket for joining, leave, family status, air ticket after the termination of the contract and for rejoining, appropriate insurance cover, sick leave, contract period etc.

  • The employer must arrange for work permit, employment visa, no objection certificate, authentication from the respective govt office and Indian Embassy.

Responsibility of RIC

  • On receiving the demand letter together with all the legal documents from the employer, RIC will undertake certain activities as submitting the documents for scrutiny, take government clearance, prepare basic documents that includes insurance, travel , medical etc.

  • RIC will also be responsible for giving orientation training on the job content and basic knowledge regarding the country.

  • Recruitment Fee: Recruitment fee of RIC for the services provided is one month's annual gross salary, charged from the Employer.
