According to Govt of India Rules, following documents are required from the Overseas Employer for undertaking the recruitment tasks in India on their behalf:-
  1. Demand Letter
  2. Power of Attorney
  3. Employment Contract with Employee
Note : For ECR (Emigration Clearance Required) candidates, it is mandatory to get the attestation of Indian Embassy / High Commission on above documents.

Demand Letter. The demand letter of the Employer should contain details of nature of workers required in each category with their salary, duty hours, food, accommodation, insurance, medical and other benefits to the workers. The document must be signed by the company employing OR any recruitment agency authorized by them, duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce of employing country



Power of Attorney. Authorizing 'Raj International Consultants' at New Delhi to be true and lawful attorney and agent of the Employing Company in India for recruitment on their behalf



Employment Contract. Required between the Employing company and the worker
